you are not allowed to give stuff and interact with other people.
you aren't allowed to play whit other people .
you aren't allowed to trash talk to people.
if they trash talk you mute them for 5min etc.
if they spamm bann 10min.
if they advertise 30days bann.
for help with commands search on youtube.
